The problem

Quit-vaping content is preachy, clinical, or forgettable.

Why now
Paid was working. The founder wanted a channel that could feed it.
What success meant
Views and CPM, and creative the paid team could use.

What Plutus did

  1. Creator system

Recruited and managed creators for young adults who vape.

  2. Testing system

Launched 807 posts in the first 30 days. Led with skin, not health warnings: problem (bad skin) then curiosity (what changed?) then app reveal then CTA.

  3. Optimization system

The skincare angle did so well the founder shipped AI Skin Scanning and Vape Scan the next day, with a toggle for transformation videos. His paid ads boomed.

The skin video

The learning

The biggest lesson was that crossing into another niche reaches people who ignore health messages. This led the founder to ship two new features and rebuild his paid ads around the angle.

What happened next

IONIX brought two more apps: CheaterCatcher and Evolve.
